My aunt was here for almost a year. We were so glad to move her out. She did not like the place. Management and front office staff were rude and difficult to deal with. Very unwelcoming. When we came to move her belongings out its was referred to as “her crap”. This place is owned by an ontario company and only profit driven. Not focused on care or experience. Quoted a price. Chose the suite. Paid a deposit. Went back to sign all the papers when they asked and the price is now over $100 more which brings it to more than $3200 monthly and told there is no guarantee it won't go up again in a few months. Their word cannot be trusted. ***New manager (Chris) has reached out and apologized for the way we were treated.
