My tour and impression of the facility was very positive. People were friendly, the atmosphere was very calm. Emma was very open and honest when she answered my questions.
Emma provided clear answers to all our questions. Seasons St. Thomas is a beautiful facility and bustling with activity.
Beautiful building, friendly staff, lovely residents who love to talk say hi and polite minor thing as a delivery driver. is there no way to have a notice on your street side door saying it is closed and to go around Or have it open as the desk is literally right there
We have toured seasons on two separate occasions to get an idea if it would be a good fit for my grandmother. Emma Grant is super sweet and answered all of our questions. She is really great with the seniors. She made my grandmother comfortable with the idea of moving. The manager of the kitchen also introduced himself and said how he would be happy to accommodate a vegetarian diet.
