Arrived to visit a family friend. Staff was very polite and helpful.....BUT....the overpowering perfume scent from reception lady was giving me a headache. I thought these were scentfree environments. Due to allergies it is unlikely I will be able to visit there again.
Sincere Appreciation to the entire staff at Season's Royal Oak Village Retirement Home. I've just completed my placement there and it was such an amazing time. The staff are extremely welcoming, and encouraging. The amount of activities and outings that were planned for the residents was amazing, I did not know retirement homes did that many activities.
