My wife’s uncle passed away last May. Unfortunately it was after his upcoming months rent was paid and it was too late for a refund. Fair enough. But Seasons said they had someone ready to move in, so if we could vacate his apartment that day we could get a full refund for that month. So my wife and her brothers emptied his apartment on that very day. In tears. On the day he died. When the refund cheque arrived it was a couple hundred bucks. We met with the staff yesterday to interview the facility for a family member; the entire staff were patient and helpful explaining how things work there and what options were avaible. Overall very happy we choose to proceed and a big shout out to Shirley for her timely answers and guidance.

My mother was reluctant to move into seasons, but after three days of living at Seasons Ponoka she told me she was very happy to be there. The people are nice. The staff are nice. Food is good. I am so pleased that she is happy.
