I want to share my concerns about the care and communication at Seasons Olds Encore. Over the past several weeks, a few things affected my loved one’s safety and well-being. The call bell was pressed several times, but help came only after a few minutes, and there were days when a medication dose was missed or late. Help with daily activities sometimes felt rushed, which was worrying. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Seasons Retirement has been extremely disappointing. The staff often seemed overwhelmed, leaving my dad waiting for basic assistance. Communication with management was poor; I had to constantly follow up for updates, and several promises were broken. The food was bland and repetitive, and the mishandling of my dad's medications was particularly concerning. Despite raising these issues, management was indifferent.
