I want to share my concerns about the care and communication at Seasons Olds Encore. Over the past several weeks, a few things affected my loved one’s safety and well-being. The call bell was pressed several times, but help came only after a few minutes, and there were days when a medication dose was missed or late. Help with daily activities sometimes felt rushed, which was worrying.
