I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Seasons Retirement has been extremely disappointing. The staff often seemed overwhelmed, leaving my dad waiting for basic assistance. Communication with management was poor; I had to constantly follow up for updates, and several promises were broken. The food was bland and repetitive, and the mishandling of my dad's medications was particularly concerning. Despite raising these issues, management was indifferent.
