The care provided has been excellent. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and always cheerful. They maintain a positive attitude and are a pleasure to talk to. It’s very comforting to see my loved one in such good hands at Longview. They also do a wonderful job redirecting her and keeping her engaged.
The presentation answered all of our questions effectively. The tour gave us a good overview of the services offered and the programs available to the residents.
No consistency of staff which is so important in the lives of elderly. Very poor management and processes.
Jeannie was amazing. She explained everything in great detail and listened to our concerns. The place is really clean and the units are very spacious
