The managers recently held a resident captive while the staff panicked and searched the facility for him. This facility needs to lose their AHS funding or start firing managers.
Jeannie made this experience very positive, she is so kind, patient and most understanding on how hard this transition can be, not only for my mom but for the entire family. We are now excited to move my mom in and that has a lot to do with Jeannie as she explained in detail about this transition, Thank you Jeannie from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
