The fact none of them were fired is baffling. What transpired was in fact so egregious that one nurse quit and never returned. The managers recently held a resident captive while the staff panicked and searched the facility. AHS is closely monitoring this site due to their antics. The fact the managers haven’t been fired for this speaks volumes about the HR department and the nepotism going on. DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility.
