Mona gave us a very good overall tour of Seasons without pressure. My only critique would be to ralk louder and slower as my mom who is 95 and quite deaf did not hear or understand a lot of it

Seasons itself is great and they are great with the residents however the business manager Julie is completely unprofessional and down right degrading to others. I myself wouldn't want to put my family members in a retirement home with someone like that as part of the management, especially when she is part of the front staff team and usually one of the first faces you see as you walk in. My mom recently moved in to Seasons Camrose. I am so thoroughly impressed with all the staff and level of excellent care there. I said there are so many amazing people on earth and they all work at Seasons. Lori, Norma, Bev…just to name a few have made the transition for my mom so welcoming. Thank you. ❤️
