Graciously welcomed and enjoyed lunch. Moona was very knowledgeable and knew how to explain the "Seasons Lifestyle" and make it a desirable option for aging parents not quite ready to take the next step.
We recently toured Seasons in Camrose, and Moona did an excellent job guiding us through the independent living facility. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Since my elderly father is hard of hearing, we asked her to speak a little louder, and she was very accommodating, which made the experience much easier for him.
