What an amazing facility and friendly and accommodating staff. We were so impressed with seasons Brantford.
My mother, brother and I took a tour of this facility yesterday (our mother is considering joining a retirement community). In a word: IMPRESSIVE - from our liason Amanda, to every staff member we encountered (a special thanks to Dawne for our delicious lunch) , this retirement village was extremely inviting and welcoming! Our “loved one” has been at Season’s in their small secure memory care unit for a year and we are so very grateful to have found this lovely safe place for her. The staff have exceeded our expectations with their endless patience and friendly, attentive, compassionate care and that goes for EVERY staff person we have had contact with in this last year.
