I want to find a retirement home for my mom in law and made an appointment to visit on Wednesday Dec 3rd, but when I want to change a date to come on Dec 2th around 7:15 pm and called the number on website, the lady who picked up the phone is strange, the only thing she speaking is she didn’t understand what I am talking about and hang up the phone quickly.
