I came to visit my grandpa yesterday with my mom and honestly left feeling pretty upset. As I was walking into the main entrance, I saw a man and a woman yelling at one of the staff members right in front of everyone. It was really uncomfortable to witness, especially in a retirement home where you’d expect a calm and respectful environment. I felt awful for the employee having to deal with that so publicly. My father lived at Season's on Ontario St. for two years. He was one of the first residents there once it opened in January 2024. The staff at this location are excellent and incomparable. Everyone has a smile on their faces, are welcoming, and always helpful. The only complaint my father ever had was regarding the quality of food, which I assume would be a difficult thing to navigate considering all the various taste buds of residents. Staff psw and nursing are not kind at all.negligence 5 out 5.they do not care for residents for sure. They are just workers not passionate workers
