Thank you for the tour. Seasons is a wonderful place and I look forward to visiting my father in law when he moves into his suite.
My father lived at Season's on Ontario St. for two years. He was one of the first residents there once it opened in January 2024. The staff at this location are excellent and incomparable. Everyone has a smile on their faces, are welcoming, and always helpful. The only complaint my father ever had was regarding the quality of food, which I assume would be a difficult thing to navigate considering all the various taste buds of residents. I really quite enjoyed my tour of the facility. Working with Michaella was really quite excellent.
Staff psw and nursing are not kind at all.negligence 5 out 5.they do not care for residents for sure. They are just workers not passionate workers
Ridiculous staff,resident on bed loaded with bowel movement. Agency staff asked for help with client to help him get from bed.staff did not pay any heed,refused to help.until unless cbi staff was nice to help and Got the job done as team.but staff of seasons is Ridiculous
