I really quite enjoyed my tour of the facility. Working with Michaella was really quite excellent.
Staff psw and nursing are not kind at all.negligence 5 out 5.they do not care for residents for sure. They are just workers not passionate workers
Ridiculous staff,resident on bed loaded with bowel movement. Agency staff asked for help with client to help him get from bed.staff did not pay any heed,refused to help.until unless cbi staff was nice to help and Got the job done as team.but staff of seasons is Ridiculous
This was my second tour of Seasons with Machaella, from sales, the second being with my sister. We are looking for a place for my father, and we have found it at Seasons.
Update: Frances (the manager) met with me to discuss my father's concerns. She was really great, honestly. Frances resolved everything she could for him and her time and effort is very appreciated. My Dad ended up having to install his own internet and he still chooses to skip most dinners because the food is typically quite horrible but he's happy otherwise!
