I had my mom at Seasons for about 4 years, in the memory Care Ward. The staff was excellent, great people who are always friendly & helpful. They treated my mom like it was their mom and she was always so happy to be around them. They spoke to her like family and she participated in the many activities they had to keep the residents occupied and happy. Leila, Tina & their team do an excellent job and I was always informed. I had real peace of mind knowing my mother was happy & safe. I would highly recommend it to anyone
Jenee was fantastic, we had a tour of the facilities and she answered all of our questions!
We were disappointed with the level of care at Seasons. On several occasions, we noticed issues such as an unpleasant odor, residents being improperly dressed, and staff appearing disengaged. The front desk was often unhelpful and unfriendly, which added to our concerns. Given that this is a private home, we expected a higher standard of care and service. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations, and for that reason, I would not recommend this home.
We were warmly welcomed and my mom felt very comfortable.
Seasons is a beautiful home. Friendly staffs and great atmosphere. I have to say there Leasing Manager Jenee is awesome and very kind. I wanted to move my grandmother from a different retirement home to Seasons after I had a tour with Jenee.
