Attended once about 18 months ago in pregnancy. Found it a terrible experience. Over whelmed with over amount of information in some areas but then not enough where it counted with telling me how to do Pelvic floor exercises saying your not doing it right but then not telling me how to. Made the whole process uncomfortable and complex. Saw a physio at mercy hospital for free which made things simple and easy with her approach. I would not recommend

I saw Sue for bad pelvic pain during pregnancy at about 33 weeks. Sue was able to quickly identify the issue and after 2-3 treatments the issues had fully resolved. It gave me significant pain relief and comfort for the remainder of my pregnancy. I was able to walk comfortably again and get good nights sleep again. Thank you so much Sue for your help.
Sue is lovely and very caring. Just after a few sessions my neck sprain has been feeling better and the pain is under control. Sue's massage technique is great and I always walk out feeling better! Thank you Sue! I would highly recommend Seasons of Life to all my family and friends.
