I've been seeing Carlos Durana for the past few years for acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and manual therapy for various issues, including fertility, anxiety, pregnancy, and more. Dr. Durana is the best, and I always feel much better after my sessions. I appreciate his holistic approach and gentle presence.

Dr. Durana has been instrumental in relieving my neck pain. Using acupuncture and manual therapy targeting pressure points, it has made a tremendous difference in my chronic pain. He also offers very useful suggestions for stretches, posture, and techniques I can do at home. I am so grateful and will continue to see him to keep my pain at bay.

Approaching 80 years of age, I was mentally anxious more than I would like. And from a physical standpoint, my shoulders were hunched over and my body was stiff. I felt trapped in a rather inflexible body. So I went to see Dr. Carlos Durana, for acupuncture and for structural manual therapy. I’ve been seeing Carlos Durana for weekly acupressure sessions over the past month. Initially, I planned to do just 6 sessions. He’s amazing and truly a miracle worker. I plan to invest more time and will continue seeing him for the foreseeable future. You may only need 3 to 6 sessions with him, but I think you’ll want to continue with weekly or monthly sessions after you’re healed. I love that he teaches you stretches to help stay pain-free. I always feel happier after seeing him, and my body feels healthier and lighter.

Dr. Durana is the best! I've been going for acupuncture/cupping for many years now, receiving treatments from places in Massachusetts, to California, to Virginia to Afghanistan. Dr. Durana is the only practitioner who has been addressing my muscle soreness/pain at the root - using trigger work and hand therapy to make structural adjustments. I highly suggest anyone who is looking for muscle tension relief/pain relief to seek out Dr. Durana!
