I've been a member nearly all my life and have always had pleasant interactions with all team members at both Meriden and Middletown branches. I appreciate their help providing me with several car and personal loans over years.
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. This branch is beyond inconvenient and unprofessional. On several different occasions this bank has caused many inconveniences, and has too many restrictions on what you’re allowed to do with YOUR money. If you’re considering this branch, take this review as a sign NOT to join this bank! It is NOT worth it!!
This place has got to be the worst bank I've ever been with. Horrible hours with no weekends which is a huge problem because alot of people work 9-5 Monday thru Friday which leaves us no time to go to the bank other than on lunch break (thanks alot). Now I couldn't access my money for days because their name change screwed up my debit card and when I went in to fix it they couldn't on a thursday and I was told I would get a call on Friday to fix it(which never happened) all around just a horrible experience don't know how th... read more
