This place has got to be the worst bank I've ever been with. Horrible hours with no weekends which is a huge problem because alot of people work 9-5 Monday thru Friday which leaves us no time to go to the bank other than on lunch break (thanks alot). Now I couldn't access my money for days because their name change screwed up my debit card and when I went in to fix it they couldn't on a thursday and I was told I would get a call on Friday to fix it(which never happened) all around just a horrible experience don't know how th... read more
horrible customer service! switching credit unions asap!
This credit union is a joke!!!!!! It don't matter how long you have been with this bank! My husband has been with this bank for over 16 years and with his same job that he's had for 14 years and still won't let his payroll check clear the day it hits his account! Any other bank even the ones that are not a credit union let payroll checks clear the day they hit!!! The 2nd is how this bank can make it's own hours even on days thay are spouse to be open.
