I haven't actually made it in the park yet, so I'll update this but I'm hoping management sees this: we expected lines, but this was pure chaos. Even with Prestige Passes the process of using our bring a friend tickets was not just unclear, it was completely unexplained, undocumented, unsigned. No one around us in the crowd (lines?) had any idea what was going on and we've been asking each other to figure it out. The place is incredible, the people who work there are very sweet and friendly. I love going to Knotts Berry Farm.
