Gloria, LMT, was excellent. I came in with significant triceps pain and muscle spasms from exercise, and I specifically asked her to focus on that area. She listened carefully and spent most of the session addressing the problem, while still adjusting her technique as needed throughout the massage. She changed the pressure and worked on different related areas based on how my body was responding.
