Stopped into Seaside Eco Bikes in Lewes and picked up a Magicycle e-bike. Gilbert was great, no pressure, just super helpful and made me feel comfortable with the whole purchase. He took the time to show me the features and set me up on this heavy-duty off-road bike. Really glad I went there.
Did a lot of research about EBikes and decided we wanted to look at the new Velotric Breeze 1. Found this dealer and Gilbert was great! He spent a good amount of time with us explaining the bike and safety features. Very personable and knowledgeable. Took a ride on one and loved it! We ended up buying 2 bikes and the Hollywood Rack that Gilbert recommended. Really fantastic shop. Small family business. Wonderful caring. Gilberto had me try three different e-bikes. No pressure. Explained the benefits of each. I got the Velotric Fold One Plus. Also their prices are the same as on line. They also have e-bike rentals. Highly recommended!
INCREDIBLE service and staff! Whether you’re shopping for a new e-bike or need repairs, this shop is outstanding. My e-bike (purchased elsewhere a few years ago) completely died on me. Living in Ocean City, MD, the local options weren’t great, so I searched online and found Seaside, about an hour away.
