It was our first trip to Hilton Head and our first time using a photographer on Hilton Head for a family portrait. The service and our photographer were amazing. Any question we had was answered as soon as we called. Our photographer was FANTASTIC with our children and handled the session like a true professional. Pictures were okay, service was terrible. We paid for edited photos and didn't recieve them for over 2 months. I spent way too much time (weeks) emailing the company to track down our edited photos. When they finally did upload them, I just found them on the website, they hadn't even bothered to email back. Our photographer was nice, but you could tell he didn't have much experience photographing children.
