We were happy with Seashore vacations until this year. Prior to our visit this year we reached out to ask about any extra precautions or cleaning being taken due to the pandemic. The answer that came back was don’t come or bring a can of Lysol! Ok - that was a given- we decided that we would wipe down the unit when we got there and yes brought that can or two of Lysol. It would have taken a case !!! Love the location of this unit but that is were it stops. This unit appeared not to have NOT only been cleaned prior to us arriving but did not appear to have been cleaned in years - yes YEARS !!! There was spilled stuff all over the furniture in every room , the kitchen had dirty dishes and mold (easily cleaned if cleaned!), the bathtub in one of the bathrooms was so cracked it was unusable for any adult weight and was clearly leaking water all over what ever was under it. The bed linens were not just old they were ripped up and almost unusable. Broken glass on the carpet and the bathrooms were clearly not cleaned well for months or years with caked on dirt in the corners- along the floor. The coffee table alone took more than 10 Lysol wipes and still were “black” with filth when I gave up. The people that own this unit need to put some of that money they are making and invest at least one week’s earnings on updating linens, bed coverings, pillows , etc. ! We have been coming to Ocean one for 4years now but first time in 111. Compared with the other units we stayed in this one gets a 1 for location on a scale of one to ten. The other units would get a 8. Need better cleaning team - it clearly was a change from past years and not for the good. Considering the pandemic I would have thought that extra attention would be given to cleaning but it seems to have been the opposite. Lots of money got such poor service. Not sure we will use Seashore next year.

I enjoyed that it was close to the beach, by HHI standards, my husband liked that it was on the golf course, he could see them play from the patio, and spent most of his time there telling them how to play.

We really enjoyed our stay at Courtside 97. View of the pool was nice and we loved the bottom unit. Lots of room and the internet connection was excellent which is important when you have 3 kids lol!

We have used seashore vacations several times . Very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a great week at Hilton head. Shorewood 508 has a great view. My only complaint was that the unit is not equipped well for cooking. Not enough pots and pans or supplies . Due to Covid we ate in a little more than usual.

My family absolutely loved this townhouse! Beautiful views, lots of activities to do on the island. Walking distance to the lighthouse. We will definitely be coming back.
