I am very disappointed to say the least. My on line order (signing up for rewards) asked for verification code, which did not come to mail or junk mail. I called the number indicated on the website. I was on hold for 30 minutes to be told they are busy and have been busy for weeks and I had the wrong department. I asked if she would report the number as incorrect to can change it on the site for future customers and she "said" she would.
