I go to sears quit alot and the sears in cherry creek has been the worst i have ever been to, I took my car and and they told me that we will call you when your car is done. "okay no big deal". Then 2 hours pass, i walk back down, talk to berry, and told me that they have not even started on my car yet. All i went in there for is an oil change, and they told me 45 min. GO HERE!!! My family has gone to Sears Auto for battery replacements for the past 10-15 years and have always had really great experiences here. The management is very helpful, very friendly and very honest. In fact the last time I was in, they went way out of their way to help me find a battery for my Prius, which is a big hassle because they are totally different and not that many companies make them so no one keeps them in stock, because they understood that if I had to take it to the dealer it would be really expensive. ... read more
