In addition to my original filing, I had to have my taxes amended and after speaking with my associate he said he would file the amendment and i paid him for his additional time. That was April 20th. I called Nov 3rd, just over 6 months later. HE NEVER FILED THE RETURN. I was told that he meant to call me but was busy. I do understand that noone wants to call a client and tell them things have changed and you're getting less money back than expected.
