Unprofessional company. Nasty experience you have with them. Never receive statements, return calls, or emails, but when I do, it is rude. I make HUNDREDS of calls and HUNDREDS of emails a day, and none are treated like this. Last payment was short because we never got a statement, so we went based on the previous statement, again, this year. We see there was faxing to a fax we had had in YEARS. This is a ZERO stars situation. After dealing with them for months on an illegitimate late fee issue, I emailed them again (they never answer their phone) and told them I will pay the accurate amount. There unprofessional response: "I guess you will continue to get a late fee added each month." I will be reporting them to the state of North Dakota.

Been here a to little over 2yrs the they have always been very friendly and nice to us and have helped with very few things that have came up glad and happy to live here
