I had Sean weld shock mounts onto a Suzuki frame of mine years ago. Back then, when I picked it up, they looked off center to me, but he vehemently denied that and said that he "measured everything". Well, years later I finally have time to return to the project and lo and behold, the mounts are about 1 cm off center, meaning the shock would sit in there at an angle.
