Sean Swanson is an extremely unqualified loan officer. I worked with him when he was with Wells Fargo and he botched the loan process in as many ways as a loan officer can. I worked with Wells Fargo before and was always pleased so I wanted to stay with them. I got a quote from him and he said he locked in the rate for me for 60 days then tried to strong arm me into speeding through the process without competing the loan with other companies.
