I was the Listing Agent and Sean is the type of Mortgage Lenders that us Realtors only dream about working with. All steps throughout the transaction were handled professionally and in a timely manner with his Buyer. His Buyers knew their options at every turn and he even changed the loan type mid-stream with transparent communication to me and the Buyer’s Agent. Even changing loan types did not stop this guy from closing on time allowing his Buyers to move in on the exact day that he promised. Man of his word!!!
