Can't speak for CMG Home Loans as a whole, but absolutely do not use Sean. You have to text him first to get any updates, he lies, wont hear anything back for days or weeks, and once he makes his commission off you, youre dead to him. Try literally anyone else if you don't want to pull teeth to get anything done.
Sean is not only the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in the mortgage industry, but he is also very knowledgeable and always on top of things. He made the process of not only getting a mortgage, but also assisted with making sure we were on track to have a HELOC to bridge the gap while we sold our current house as well. I don’t plan to buy a house anytime soon again, but will definitely use Sean again if I do.
