Excellent customer service. Our portrait was destroyed. FedEx left it outside. They didn't hesitate to make it right even though it was not their fault.👍

We chose to schedule some pictures because we knew we were coming to Alaska in celebration of traveling to my 50th state. We wanted to see the northern lights as the pinnacle of the experience, but we had heard that it was hard to predict when the lights would show and hard to catch them on a camera. I give them a ZERO!!! Never in my life have I ever witness such unprofessionalism! I had a scheduled consult with them 4 months prior and showed up on time and no one was there to give me my consult. No email no calls no nothing. I called them once I got there and was told they were so sorry. Never offered anything to compensate my time there for lack there of. I was upset and taking back about how this was handled. I decided to give them another chance and I was called at 8pm the next night for a phone consultation. 8pm!! I... read more
