Excellent customer service. Our portrait was destroyed. FedEx left it outside. They didn't hesitate to make it right even though it was not their fault.👍
We chose to schedule some pictures because we knew we were coming to Alaska in celebration of traveling to my 50th state. I give them a ZERO!!! Never in my life have I ever witness such unprofessionalism! I had a scheduled consult with them 4 months prior and showed up on time and no one was there to give me my consult. No email no calls no nothing. I called them once I got there and was told they were so sorry. Never offered anything to compensate my time there for lack there of.
