I popped in with a issue on my phone, and not only did he sort it quickly and professionally, but he also refused to take any payment for the repair. After many problems with a gaming PC, that kept blue screening, Took it into Sean's and a few days later all was good, Windows 11 now works, the PC is stable, Great communication and service from all the team, they kept me up to date and informed of progress. Excellent service, Thanks
Went in today without an appointment with a HP Spectre X360 laptop that had died due to an old battery overheating and blue screen a few months ago. I had bought my own battery online and asked if they could fit it to see if it would start up again. They put the new battery in, in under an hour for £50. I was worried it wouldn't work again but they got it up and running! They are very knowledgeable and skillful at their job. Super chuffed, thank you so much!
My disabled dad visited Sean iPhones yesterday as he was having an issue with the speaker. Within 30 seconds the phone was fixed, excellent customer service. Sean had huge compassion towards my dad’s disability and he felt so welcomed. I will be recommending Sean iPhones to everyone. Thank you so much we are over the moon!!
