I cannot recommend Sean highly enough! I was looking at an impossible situation. Sean not only delivered the best imaginable outcome - all based on facts and the law - but also recovered 75% of my costs (which was a substantial amount)
The man is a magician. I was facing 3 months suspension, which was untenable as a tradie. Had a 30% chance of beating it. They pretty much had me cold. Somehow, he managed to get the alleged speed reduced by 10kmp, which meant just some points. Magistrate didn't even impose a fine or court costs. All I had to do was be good for 3 months and pay Sean. Which I gladly did. Brilliant! Can't recommend him enough.

Very Disappointing experience. Communication is poor and he rarely responds to any queries. There was a ‘win’ fee and a ‘lose’ fee. Prior to the court hearing, he was very quick to pull out the eftpos machine and charge the win fee which I paid in good faith, assuming he was confident he would win the case. Never received any financial disclosure documentation. He asked what my goal was, which was to reduce the length of the suspension.
