The exhibit is $10 and you can get your moneys worth by taking your time to learn the history. Gorgeous art, fantastic information. Well worth a visit. Take your time and look around.
The museum offers a lot to look at and learn thanks to a mix of interactive technology and artifacts. It presents many aspects of lives, past and present, of the three nations on the territory. The guide for the presentation in the clan house was really great and put everyone at ease, and prepared us well for learning more from the short film and from exploring the buildings and area further. The art around and on the building is also worth checking out.
Beautiful place with historical and cultural artifacts all around in downtown Juneau. Clan House intimate room for performances.
Really enojoyed Denali's presentation and learning about the Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian both historically and today. Appreciate the work the Heritage Institute is doing in the region. We also really enjoyed the Totem Pole trail.
