Not helpful at all, could have assisted by logging in and printing a paper to help but chose not to because people went to another company.
This was a disaster. Seal Tax Service was recommended to me, so I decided to give them a try. This was our experience: My wife and I met in with Ricky in November 2021 to pave the way for a smooth tax process this year. We followed directions in February to upload our tax documents to a secure file share and then wrote to Seal Tax Service on Feb. 27 to say the items had been uploaded and to let us know if they needed anything else from us.
