They had paperwork for an estate account after a meeting with Tom for almost 3 months and did nothing with it. I called, oh we will have to call you back when we have the papers ready to sign. Stopped by oh he’s not here, oh your file hasn’t been assigned to anyone yet. The incompetence is unbelievable. Finally I gave up and got my paperwork back and went elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.
