For us "Sea Horse Scuba" and "Lake Phoenix" are the killer combo. If you want child friendly teachers matched with great visibility in the open water, this is the best choice in the DC / MD / VA area. The instructors and staff are really friendly, patient and professional. They take time to know you and teach you all the knowledge and skills. They also make sure you are comfortable in the water.
