I requested a consultation with this office, and they never called at the scheduled time (as they had stated they would). I just called into the office and explained what happened. A lady answered the phone, heard me out, put me on hold, and then HUNG UP. Has not called back yet... very very poor professional skills.
Candace is excellent. Tells you what needs to be done and then gets it done expertly. Very refreshing from other people who will tell you what might be done and then not follow through.
Would and have recommended this firm Candace is a kind, very knowledgeable, and professional woman with an outstanding confidence in her clients presentation. Candace cared about me as a person and was very much trying to build my confidence in my situation. Not only is she a great attorney she is a compassionate person.
Candace is one of the nicest and sharpest lawyers you could ever ask for as an advocate. Her wisdom and kindness are like no other. My wife and I just loved working with her. She more than took care of all of our legal needs. She was a friend and confidant. Highly recommend utilizing her skills for any legal needs your family has. She's the best.
Be aware that there is a consultation fee of $350 for a 30 consultation. Her website says nothing about a consultation fee and says nothing about consultations being free as such you schedule a consultation and get a call from her paralegal asking for $350. The paralegal I spoke with was unprofessional and tried to act like a lawyer before hanging up. I am giving one star for the lack of professionalism and transparency.
