The sales representative was very helpful and accommodating. My complaint is not with him but with the company's billing department. I had made a fairly large purchase that was going to be delivered in various shipments over five months. I was told my credit card would be charged for each delivery when the shipment was made. I ordered a sectional couch that was delivered stained and not assembled. After reaching out to Pottery Barn multiple times, they offered me 15% off my original purchase OR the option for a couch medic to come to my house to clean the couch. As I paid for a “performance fabric” I picked the 15% rebate assuming it wouldn’t be hard to clean/ assemble the couch.
