Purchased two e-bikes from this shop recently.. Matt was super knowledgable, and very helpful.. He went out of his way to answer all of my ebike questions, and provided excellent service. I originally was looking at direct to consumer bikes, but I am so glad I purchased from a local bike shop. I highly recommend this location for it's superior customer care!
Mike fixed the knackered tires on my Janis bike and cleaned it up as well. He was superb and gave me advice about folding bikes too. Excellent service and top-notch repairwork too. Five-star recommendation for this shop and their workmanship.
Went there with an issue with my bike chain that I was anxious to get fixed to get me back on the road for a group ride the following day. Not being from the area, wasn't sure where to go but am very glad to have gone to this shop. Tom was able to accommodate me, made some recommendations on the best options for me, and got me all fixed in no time. He also gave me info on some of the other cycling groups. It's nice to see great customer service is still a thing. Appreciate you guys hooking me up today.
Manager and staff are friendly and helpful. I rode a bike that was provided by our rental to inquire about options to rent a bike setup for my family (2 riders and two non-riders). They told me they don't rent at this location but took one look at the bike I rode and said he couldn't let me leave without making it safe. Spent 20 minutes fixing the brake and bent seat post and asked for nothing in return. Needless to say, we rented at the other location in town and they were quick and efficient getting us on our way.
stopped in spur of the moment, and got great help with handlebar grips and brakes! mechanics super helpful, courteous and quick. Best repair shop EVER.!!
