I was in Dewey Beach last weekend for the Dewey Beach Sprint Triathlon. My friend was pumping up my tires on Friday night and there was a problem with both tires and they went flat. I showed up to the triathlon on Saturday morning in the hopes that somebody might know how to help me. That's where I met Frank Cole, who was there helping people with their bikes. Owner hires young inexperience store managers and then has them negotiate with you after texting with them. Poorly trained and not empowered. Unprofessional way to do business.
