Very unprofessional. Charged $300 to file 3 yrs worth of taxes Doesn't return calls..has every excuse why. 5 months later find out she only prepared 1 yr. and didn't even file it Then pleads to give her a chance... NO!!! Not after that chaos. Think TWICE people. Complete runaround from her.
