I bought kimchi salmon poke at 1 pm but it was a bit slimy, so I only ate a little. I began feeling sick at 2 pm, and tried to return it and have the rest of it removed from the display case. Junelyn assured me that it was fresh and would not process my return without a receipt nor remove the remainder of the product from the display. This was a highly disappointing experience and clearly endangering customers. I eat poke very frequently and I am a commercial fisherman. I know when fish is not fresh.

They’re not into customer service! We talked to one of the lady supervisor about a refund of a certain item but she talked straight we cannot do the refund without even knowing the item. She keeps insisting that foods should be refunded 3 days after purchase! But we called the store right after we opened that food same day purchase! And they said come to the store and bring the receipt. The lady supervisor didn’t even hear us about the food! She just keeps talking. And didn’t even talk nicely. Smh!
