We have been banking with this SeaConm branch for the better part of a year. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
I'm a businesses owner who just moved here from Alaska. Needed a new bank so I figured I would make the rounds. I figured the best test for customer service and all around decency would be to just go in banks, make a little small talk, and ask for change. It’s not the best way to judge a bank, but it’s a good place to start. Seacomm failed in every way in could. Rude, smartassed employees and no change unless you bank with them. Huge missed opportunity Seacomm. NBT for the win. Do better SeaComm
