I'm a businesses owner who just moved here from Alaska. Needed a new bank so I figured I would make the rounds. I figured the best test for customer service and all around decency would be to just go in banks, make a little small talk, and ask for change. It’s not the best way to judge a bank, but it’s a good place to start. Seacomm failed in every way in could. Rude, smartassed employees and no change unless you bank with them. Huge missed opportunity Seacomm. NBT for the win. Do better SeaComm
These idiots keep locking my card for no reason. Not a single person works on the weekend, so I have a decent amount of money and I'm screwed. I am suing. Update: I went over to use the ATM and they stole my card, too.
