The Ogdensburg Branch, as well as the Canton Branch have always been extremely polite, Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this bank for numerous reason.
I absolutely love Seacomm. I have told everyone I know to switch to them. However, if I had been to the Ogdensburg branch before experiencing the amazing and friendly customer service at the Canton and Malone branches, I probably wouldn't be a member today. The woman at Ogdensburg this afternoon around 4 p.m. was rude and slow. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job and takes that out on the customers.
