I have two auto loans paid directly through a debit card, bi-weekly. Generally, these payments are made with a routing and account number, so I didn’t think much of it when I had to cancel the debit card due to fraud. Because I pay bi-weekly, I am months ahead on payments. SeaComm didn’t bother to let me know that my payments didn’t go through… for months…that’s 16 attempts.
