Forget the so called big stores! If you call they don't answer, but on the 2nd ring to SEACOAST FURNITURE Sheila answered the phone. She then went above and beyond getting the love seat recliner I wanted.. Sheila didn't give up until she found one! I also bought an entertainment and both arrived yesterday. I two gentleman who delivered them could not have been kinder. I needed a new larger entertainment center and a loveseat recliner. I went on line and looked at items than tried calling a couple of the "big" stores. No answer from 3 of them. You have to go there!!! I knew what I wanted but I was so turned off with the attitude so I called Seacoast Furniture and on the second ring Sheila answered!
