Melissa and her team are the best in the area! After a major hip surgery I was a patient at a local “chain” PT business and quickly realized that I was not getting the attention and level of care needed to recover. Following the advice of a professional trainer I transferred to Seacoast Body Balance. I felt seen and heard and looked forward to my sessions with Melissa not only because of the improvements to my health but also because she is a pleasure to be around !
