Really nice bank inside, super friendly also.
So you have a 600 dollar check drawn on their bank and you wait in the drive thru to cash it. You finally arrive at the drive up and the sign says "you must be a member to use drive thru". I get out , go inside, young lady needs two forms of ID, I give them to her. As she is counting back the cash, she says.....oh, BTW there is a 7 dollar check cashing fee. I said , so the bank is drawn on your bank and your going to charge me 7 dollars to cash a check drawn on your bank? You are a bunch of crooks, what ever happened to cust... read more
Wow, how is this bank even in business. They have lost documents I have sent in, you cannot do anything over the phone you have to talk to the exact branch you opened an account with? Dealing with an estate account, sent in death certificate, walked into their branch to hand it to the documents, came back weeks later to close out account. Of course, the didn’t have any of my documents that the lady scanned in and made copies?? What is going on at this bank. Collecting .01 interest on cash, go to Fidelity investments
