What a great experience at this branch. I've been a Seacoast customer for years and it's the interactions with the staff that are always icing on the cake, to the already easy banking experience they provide. I had some difficult business that I needed to take care of, urgently at that and the staff was just amazing. I wasn't easy, I had no appointment, and I was treated like a VIP. I recently used this location for a HELOC and had a truly wonderful experience. There are so many banks out there, but this one stood out because of the service, attention and care I was given by Hung, Robin and Frances. My loan was complicated and there were many working parts, but I really felt like I had a team behind me and that they were working hard to make this loan possible for me. This winter branch is closer to my residence and I do stop by there couple of times a year for some need. This time I met Hung Nguyen, the manger whom I found exceptionally helpful. What struck me the most was his courtesy and professionalism at its best. He was very knowledgeable and at the same time very friendly. Keep it up!
$90 to cash a seacoast cashiers check. Didn’t count my pilots license or my concealed carry as a second form of ID. Were uncommonly rude. Horrible bank.
