I just spent an hour trying to close an account due to fraud and opening a new account. The woman assigned to me was new and took way way too long. I told her several times I had no time but she never listened. She kept getting other woman who should have just handled the simple process. There was no need to make me sit there answering ridiculous questions about my business when I’ve had an account there for 5 years and did not cause the fraud. Mike is great and so friendly. Appreciate the service I receive at this location.
Tonya was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I think she profiled me when I walked in or something. I liked that this bank was small and local, but they treat me with very little respect. The one nice good banker they had, Vanessa isn’t at the location anymore. If you want a personal banking experience this probably isn’t the place for us anymore. Sad really. They seemed very nice at first.
