I really wanted to like this bank. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the glowing five-star reviews. While the staff appeared nice, they were ill-equipped, complacent, and lacked the tenacity required to handle the specialized products we needed.
Marilyn Wilson is wonderful and incredibly helpful. I cannot say enough about her person attention and professionalism. I highly recommend establishing a banking relationship with her.
