This bank is trash, everyone has horrible attitude and they can do ANYTHING other banks can if you want to wait weeks for a debits card and then not even be able to cash a cash...good luck
Great bank and customer service, haven't had any issues.
We moved to Seacoast bank years ago after poor customer service from our national bank. Seacoast customer service has been incredible. Madison has assembled a talented team at the Jupiter location and we thank her team for taking such good care of us.
I generally try not to leave negative reviews. I gave this Jupiter Branch a few opportunities. This is the rudest non-helpful seacoast branch I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been with seacoast for 25 years. They never say hello, they ask for second form of ID to cash $150 check when I have three accounts (I needed specific bills is the only reason I didn’t go ATM). Everyone that works here is generally pissed off that you even walk in the door. Every single time.
