It used to be a good bank.. Now someone has bought them out and it's gone to crap. Takes 2 weeks to get a debt card and a week to get back into online banking if it somehow gets locked.. The fees are Neverending. Pulled my money out and went to PNC bank and I'm much happier.. I get a new debt card same day
Had Seacoast over 15yrs. Lately more and more issues and a condescending customer service model when asking questions such as Why does Seacoast promote Zelle if they cant help you resolve a issue. Great to be told "just use another service" although Zelle is integrated into the Seacoast app. Switching Banks solely over the tone of the customer service agent
I have had a business checking account and 10 k credit line for over 10 years. It cost me $150 annually for the credit line. It came up for renewal recently and without disclosing anything they did a hard pull on my credit, tried to charge me $629 for new fees plus I have to still pay the $150 per year. The hometown bank has become very greedy. This is what I get after being a loyal customer with excellent history after 10 years.
