Exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized thank you Teddy A few weeks ago I was bout to close my business account at Seacoast at the downtown branch and it was also my first time inside the branch .. This is the slowest branch. It doesn’t matter the day or time. I’ve always waited 15-20 mins for a simple deposit or cashing or check.
The worst at expediting the processing of my small business loan products which is causing me undue stress and financial strain. You are my biggest banking regret as a small business. Fluctuating apr also made it difficult to budget payment that ranged from mid 2000’s to almost $5000 a month. Shame.
First off, let me just say that overall I’m very happy with SeacoastBank. I have been a customer for a while for both personal and business. However, this is the absolute worst branch I’ve ever been to. On two separate occasions, they made it very difficult for me to withdraw my own money. They always question my identity, and make banking incredibly difficult. On this occasion, I provided my ID and my Social Security number and they were still very hesitant to allow me to withdraw a relatively insignificant amount of money ... read more
